I can completely understand why she would have been edgy about telling Luke even though nothing happened just because of how he is about Chris, and I apologise for thinking that something had happened, but every time I had watched that episode, my interpretation had been of hiding something so I apologise, and am currently rewatching from a new perspective!

She wasn't edgy because she cheated on him, then the writer's would tell you. Luke feels uncomfortable with the whole Chris situation to begin with, so let's not jump to conclusions that any infidelity went on. Only a true Gilmore Girl's fan would see that Lorelei wouldn't do something like that, especially with Luke.
Good point, sorry if I upset you! I just always slightly felt that way because of how Chris is some how special to her :)
